So here’s my bones to pick with No. 6.
This ‘manhunt’:
Um, if this happens every year before the Holy Day, WHY THE FUCK DID YOU ALL FORGET ABOUT IT? STAY THE FUCK INSIDE. OH MY GOD.
Literally the biggest plot hole. That market would have been deserted! Seriously! Go on a picnic in the desert for a day! Ugh.
Also I’m pissed because I mentioned before that No. 6 was so very like my novel, and my novel also has a ‘manhunt’. I called it ‘The Scouring’ and everybody marked that shit on their calendar because apparently they have brains. I guess I should probably scrap this seven year old novel since No. 6 has basically done the whole thing with a better subplot but worse dialogue.
Second bone: So it was obvious Dogkeeper was a girl from the start. Using male pronouns doesn’t cover up the hair, clothing choices and other character design aspects.
I didn’t realise it was meant to be a boy until like episode five when someone said ‘he’ hahah.
Not sure how Sion picked it up from her shoulder though. Wut.
Anyways this is me being very disappointed with an episode I should have liked. And Nezumi’s attitude is starting to get on my tits a little.

Edit: Also has the truck got the radio on or something? It annoys me that every time Nezumi sings, random ass backing music is born from air.

No.6 is based off some novels (I gather) about two boys in a post-apocalyptic dystopian future who happen to fall in love whilst trying to get even with a giant city.
Tiger and Bunny starts off as a light humoured show about a failing superhero and turns into an ANGST MONSTER THAT CONSUMES YOUR SOUL AND MAKES YOU BEG, BEG, BEG SUNRISE TO MAKE THE EPISODES FASTER.
It’s really good. And it’s quite funny to laugh at the homoerotic subtext even if it isn’t officially gay.
